Services

  • Job-site photo system

A shot list, a capture routine and a filing method your technicians can follow on every call without slowing down.

  • Before-and-after galleries

Project pages on your website that pair the old system with the new one, captioned so homeowners understand what changed.

  • Google Business Profile photo strategy

A steady, honest stream of recent job photos on your profile, chosen and timed so the map listing looks active and real.

  • Visual brand standards

One look across trucks, uniforms, site photos and social posts, written down so every crew shoots and presents work the same way.

  • Photo consent and privacy workflow

A simple way to ask homeowners before you photograph their home, record the answer and keep personal details out of the frame.

Photo services for HVAC companies, and where to start

Most HVAC companies already own a library of thousands of job photos. The problem is that it sits in forty camera rolls, half of it shows a customer's kitchen, and none of it is on the website. HVAC.Photos builds the system that turns those snapshots into a steady supply of honest, consented, well-captioned proof for your website, your Google Business Profile and your quotes.

We are a marketing service, not a contractor and not a stock library. We never install or repair equipment, and we never put a picture of someone else's work under your name.

A homeowner comparing three heating companies is trying to answer one question: will these people do tidy, competent work in my house? A clean photo of a finished mechanical room answers it faster than any slogan.

Stock images fail that test because buyers recognise them. The smiling technician with spotless gloves has appeared on hundreds of sites, and once a visitor spots one generic image they start doubting everything else on the page. Your own photos, even imperfect ones, carry evidence: your truck, your crew's shirts, the actual venting job in a real Canadian basement.

There is also a practical rule. Google's own help page for Business Profile photos asks for images that are in focus, well lit and that represent reality without heavy filters or major alterations. A photo system built around real jobs keeps you on the right side of that from day one.

What a photo system actually is

A photo system is four agreements your team follows on every job, written so a new technician can learn them in ten minutes.

  1. What to shoot. A short shot list per job type: furnace replacement, boiler install, heat pump, ductless, water heater, maintenance visit.
  2. When to ask. A consent question at the door, recorded in the job notes, before any camera comes out. The consent and privacy workflow covers the wording.
  3. Where it goes. One shared folder, a naming pattern with date, city and job type, and a weekly pick of the strongest sets.
  4. Where it gets used. Website project pages, the Google profile, quote follow-ups and seasonal social posts.

The full version, with a twelve-frame list for a typical install, is in our job-site shot list guide.

The arithmetic of a photo library

You need far fewer great photos than you think, and you already produce far more raw material than you use. Here is a worked example you can check against your own numbers.

Input Example
Technicians in the field 4
Jobs per technician per day 3
Working days per year 240
Jobs per year 2,880
Share where the homeowner says yes and the space photographs well 1 in 5
Usable job sets per year about 576

A healthy Google profile might take two or three new photos a week, and a website gallery might add four project pages a month. That is roughly 200 images and 48 project pages a year. With about 576 usable sets available, you can be choosy, and only the clearest, most typical work goes public.

Services

Each service stands on its own, but they work best together.

What we will not do

Clear limits protect your reputation as much as good photos do.

  • We don't present stock photos, AI-generated scenes or another company's installs as your work.
  • We don't publish a photo of a customer's home without a recorded yes.
  • We don't retouch away a real defect to make a job look better than it was.
  • We don't promise rankings or lead numbers. We report what we can measure.

Proof from our HVAC work

Our results come from full marketing programmes for HVAC companies, not from photography alone, and we never attribute them to images. For CANRO Heat we built GasBoilers.ca, a gas-boiler division now covering 26+ BC communities, with 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews. Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months. The results page explains which parts of that work a photo programme supports.

Who we are

HVAC.Photos is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA in Technology Management, who has 17+ years of digital marketing experience and has built 150+ live HVAC websites. Read more on the about page, see the plans and prices, or check coverage for your province on the areas page.

When you are ready, call, text or email. Tell us how many technicians you run and where your photos live today, and we will tell you honestly whether a photo system is worth it for you yet.

How it works

  1. Send us a sample of what you have

Twenty recent job photos straight off a technician's phone, plus your website and Google Business Profile links. We review what is usable, what is risky and what is missing.

  2. Get a photo system written for your crews

A shot list per job type, a consent routine, a naming and filing method, and a plan for where each photo goes. Everything in writing, priced before you commit.

  3. Talk it through with a person

No forms and no sales funnel. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Frequently asked questions

What is HVAC.Photos?

HVAC.Photos is a Canadian marketing service that builds photo systems, galleries and visual brand standards for HVAC and heating companies. It belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, runs from Vancouver, BC, and answers to Ali Sedighi, MBA, who reviews the photo work himself.

Do you install or service HVAC equipment?

No. We are not an HVAC contractor. We help heating and cooling companies market their own work; we never install, repair or service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps or anything else.

Do you send a photographer to our jobs?

Our work is the system around the camera: what to shoot, how to ask permission, how to edit, file and publish. Your technicians, or a local photographer you hire, take the pictures. That keeps every image a real job of yours.

Can we keep using stock photos?

For abstract graphics, perhaps, but never presented as your jobs, your team or your customers' homes. Passing off stock as real work misleads buyers, and Canada's Competition Act prohibits false or misleading representations. Our guide on replacing stock photos explains the switch.

What does it cost?

Photo work is delivered inside the HVAC.Agency plans, which start at $2,998 per month, with websites from $3,500 one-time. Canadian clients add GST/HST for their province (GST and QST in Quebec), and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.

Can you promise more leads from better photos?

No. Photos improve how trustworthy your listing and website look, but leads depend on your market, prices, reviews and how fast you answer the phone. We will show you exactly what we measure and report it monthly.
